3 y/o McNab/Border Collie mix from Central Oregon
Ochoco; whose name has many different meanings, is most commonly a Northern Paiute word for “willow.” This good girl is a McNab/Border Collie mix named after the National Forest east of Bend and turned 3 at the beginning of 2022. She was rescued at 8 weeks from Warm Springs Reservation and has been coming to work with her Dad since she was about 4 months old. She loves, and I mean loves, fetch. Any opportunities to run free and track something like a frisbee and she is in heaven. Of course, she is more than excited for any time outside with her Dad, hiking down a trail, or running alongside a bike ride. She is quite amazing at matching energy and is ready to relax when she enters a home. She can be seen at the Portland house Monday through Thursday making her rounds during group to get pets and sleeping in the office next to her Dad and office family.
