Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Kyle found his way to Cascade Crest on his path toward a
healthier life. Growing up, Kyle spent many summers in the Teton Valley with family and
friends, where he discovered his passion for the outdoors. Upon returning from a NOLS course
in Patagonia, and experiencing firsthand the therapeutic power of the wilderness, Kyle developed
a passion for helping others find their way to a healthier lifestyle in recovery.
From his personal experience with addiction, Kyle understands the challenges that are faced in
recovery, and is passionate about helping others work through these struggles. Kyle believes in
the importance of building and maintaining authentic relationships, and uses this approach when
working with the students at Cascade Crest.
An avid fly fisherman, Kyle spends most of his free time with his dog, Cooper, on any of the
Oregon’s beautiful river systems. Outside of fishing, Kyle enjoys mountain biking, climbing,
hiking, and any outdoor activities that Central Oregon has to offer. Kyle believes the path to a
healthier lifestyle is through new and challenging experiences, and is grateful to live in a place
that has so many to offer.
