Ian has worked in the field of mental health since 2013 and continues to find joy in the endeavor. He graduated from Lewis & Clark College and is working towards his Master of Counseling at Oregon State University. He is passionate about therapeutic work, particularly the feedback process, conflict mediation, and mindfulness. He has lived in Portland, New York City, Chicago, Denver, and Washington State.
Ian moved to Bend in 2015 to work with a wilderness therapy program and quickly fell in love with the area. He is an outdoor enthusiast who spends his free time mountain biking, climbing, backpacking, and running with his two dogs, Gypsy and Charlie. He was excited to work with CCT and grateful to be part of such a powerful and supportive team.
