MAT, Academic Advisor
Carli earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Colorado College and a Master of Arts in Teaching English at Oregon State University. She began her teaching career as a New York City Teaching Fellow at Brooklyn Lab School. She later returned to her hometown of Bend, OR, and taught English at Summit High School. After five years of teaching, Carli moved on to teach English at Central Oregon Community college and direct the programmatic development of a non profit community center.
At CCT, Carli is grateful to be able to work with students one-on-one with the whole person in mind. Carli brings her academic expertise to the way she supports students; more importantly, she cultivates her own growth mindset in support of her students developing theirs.
Outside of her time at CCT, Carli enjoys writing, reading, and gathering with friends. She likes to hike, run, and when she can she likes to travel abroad
