Adam Swinger

Adam has been working in mental health since 2005. He has worked in rural residential communities and in inner cities. Adam was a wilderness instructor for 10 years and has a passion for the outdoors and healthy living. He is excited to be a part of the CCT team and working with young adults. He is committed to supporting young adults in their journey to healthy life styles and independent living.

During his adventures Adam has picked up a knack for canoeing and a precious rescue dog, Gaia. Both currently work at the Portland House chasing squirrels and living a well balanced life.
