Reed
Tinker

Ascent Phase Residential Coach / Medical Coordinator

Reed grew up in Seattle and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Hamilton College in upstate New York. She moved to Bend to pursue her love for mental health and the outdoors working in wilderness therapy with Deschutes Wilderness Therapy. With her work at Deschutes, Reed developed a love for working with adolescents and young adults and teaching mental, emotional, social, and physical skills with others. Collaborating on a team is one of Reed's favorite things in and outside of work. Reed found CCT and loves check ins with students, as well as helping them develop as independent adults.

Outside of work, Reed loves to be outside, hiking, climbing, or playing ultimate frisbee, as well as reading and working with her hands. Reed is also continuing her education, getting a Masters of Social Work at Portland State University's Bend campus. Reed hopes to continue to learn throughout her life and enjoys learning from and with students and staff at CCT.
